Willie E. ``Ernie'' Turner Sr., 72, of the 1200 block of Coltrane Drive, died Oct. 10, 1995.
Mr. Turner, a retired exterminator for the U.S. Government, was a native of Sebrell, Va. He was a member of C.H. Mason Memorial COGIC and a U.S. Navy veteran.
Survivors include his wife, Jessie Mae Turner; two daughters, Shirley Turner Fowler and Reshel C. Turner; two grandchildren, Willie E. Turner III and Kierstin Fowler; five foster children, Sharon Coston, Akiko Nelson, Lord Jackson, Andrew Murphy and James Grimes; and one son-in-law, Ricky Fowler.
The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday in C.H. Mason Memorial COGIC by the Rev. David Williams. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Park. Graves Funeral Home in charge. Friends may join the family at the residence.
