W.B. Counts, 82, died Oct. 16, 1995. Mr. Counts was a retired engineer for L&N Railroad.
Survivors include his wife, Nola L. Counts; two daughters, Linda Kay Etheridge of Nashville, Tenn., and Rita Ann Isbel of Decherd; one sister, Lillie M. Hart of Chesapeake; two grandchildren, Lori Ann Matheny and Kevin Matheny, both of Nashville.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. today in Watson and Gamble Funeral Home, Winchester, Tenn. Francis A. Gay Funeral Home, South Norfolk Chapel, Chesapeake, in charge.
