Winfred McRae, 71, of the 1900 block of Parker Ave., died Oct. 18, 1995.
Mr. McRae was retired from the U.S. Navy after 20 years and was retired from the Portsmouth Regional Medical Center.
Survivors include his wife, Clarine McRae; one daughter, Vernette Cooper; two sisters, Hazel Milner, Vernice Davidson; one brother, Hubert McRae; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday in Fisher Funeral Home by the Rev. Ben A. Beamer. Burial will be in Lincoln Cemetery.
