Gloria Babb Clemons, 46, of the 1100 block of Meadow Sage Lane, died Oct. 19, 1995, in Sentara Leigh Hospital.
Mrs. Clemons, a private duty nurse, worked for Burger Estate. She was born in Norfolk and was a member of Smyrna Church of Christ Holy Disciples, Norfolk. She was a member of the choir, Youth Board, and Children of the Sixties.
Survivors include her husband, Everett M. Clemons; one daughter, Pina Jackson of Virginia Beach; two step-daughters, Kimberly Clemons and Tracy Clemons, both of Virginia Beach; two sons, Talbert Anderson and TaRon Anderson, both of Virginia Beach; her mother, Dora R. Babb of Norfolk; one sister, Carolyn B. Wilkins of Virginia Beach; one brother, Darryl A. Babb of Norfolk; two grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her father, Clarence M. Babb.
The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday in Smyrna Church of Christ Holy Disciples, by the Rev. Mary Holloway. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park. Family and friends will assemble at the home at noon Tuesday for the procession to the church. There will be a wake from 7 to 8 p.m. Monday in the chapel of Hale Funeral Home.
