Bradford Earl Gallop, 65, of the 4100 block of Race St., died Oct. 20, 1995, in his residence.
Mr. Gallop was a member of the U.S. Coast Guard and served on it for 16 years. He was a native of Corolla, N.C., and the widower of Bobbie Jean Gallop.
Survivors include one daughter, Ruthie Mae Gallop of Virginia Beach; one son, Bobby B. Gallop of Portsmouth; one stepson, Timothy E. Dustin of Portsmouth; his mother, Ruth Henley Tillett; one sister, Joyce Gaus of Virginia Beach; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and two step-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his father, Bradford Brian Gallop.
The funeral was held Oct. 23, 1995, in Snellings Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel, by the Rev. Eugene Jones. Burial will be private.
