Otis W. Davis, 67, of the 800 block of Oak Ave., died Oct. 23, 1995.
Mr. Davis, a retired carpenter, was self-employed. He was a native of Winston-Salem, N.C., and Presbyterian by faith. He was past grand chancellor of the Virginia Knights of Pythias; a member of Knights of Pythian (NU)106, Dramatic Order of the Knights of Khorassan Zyaid Temple (NU)228.
Survivors include his wife, Emily Jean Davis; two daughters, Sandra Eichman of Virginia Beach and Ellen Landers of Virginia Beach; one son, Michael H. Davis of Norfolk; one stepson, Bruce Gray of Norfolk; two sisters, Ruby Garrett of Virginia Beach and Barbara Crocker of Missouri; four brothers, Dewey Davis, Lawrence Davis, Stephen Davis, and Stewart Davis, all of Norfolk; eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. today in Squires Memorial Presbyterian Church, Norfolk, by the Rev. Susan H. Cothran. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery. A visitation will be held from noon until the time of the service Wednesday. Altmeyer Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
