Talmage A. McCutcheon, 75, died Oct. 26, 1995, in a Florence hospital after an illness.
Mr. McCutcheon was born in Florence County, a son of the late H. Mancey McCutcheon and Eva Parrott McCutcheon. He was retired and was a Methodist. He was married to the late Madie Watford McCutcheon.
Survivors include children, Wilma L. McCutcheon of Chesapeake, Clarence and Gladys Ecklberry of Fairfield, Ill., Joe and Shirley McCutcheon and Larry McCutcheon of Virginia Beach, Don and Carol McCutcheon, Neil and Brenda McCutcheon and Jimmy McCutcheon of Chesapeake; 24 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Lucille Barnett of Longs, S.C. He was predeceased by a son, Talmage L. McCutcheon.
The funeral will be at 3 p.m. today in the Scranton United Methodist Church with burial in the church cemetery. Memorials may be made to Scranton United Methodist Church. Brockington Funeral Home, Lake City, is in charge.
