Inez Pettiford Billups, 73, of the 2600 block of Marlboro Ave., died Oct. 27, 1995, in Sentara Leigh Hospital.
Mrs. Billups, a housewife, was a native of Plymouth, N.C., and a Pentecostal.
Survivors include her husband, Reginald B. Billups Sr.; two daughters, Renee Dew of Virginia Beach, the Rev. Merie Smith of Chesapeake; four sons, Reginald B. Billups Jr., Ronald E. Billups, both of Norfolk, Victor D. Billups of Baltimore, Gregory V. Billups of Waldorf, Md.; 17 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday in New Hope United Church of Christ, Norfolk, by the Rev. James W. Anderson. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park, Chesapeake. Family and friends will assemble at the home at noon Wednesday for the procession to the church. Hale Funeral Home in charge.
