Thomas J. Calderazzi, 86, a former resident of First Colonial Inn, died Nov. 4, 1995, in Virginia Beach.
Mr. Calderazzi was born in Portsmouth. He was a retired government worker. He was a member of Loyal Order of Moose Chapter 39 in Norfolk since 1953. He was an active member of Mended Hearts and co-founder of Tidewater Multiple Sclerosis Society.
Survivors include a daughter, Diane Murray of Virginia Beach; a son, Lawrence Calderazzi of Murrells Inlet, S.C.; a sister, Parma Parsons of Chesapeake; five grandchildren, Kimberly Datz of Marlton, N.J., Karen Stengel of Orlando, Fla., Anthony Calderazzi of Alexandria, Va., Rebecca Demitriou of Virginia Beach and Wilbur Sims III of Detroit; and several nieces and nephews.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Smith & Williams Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel, by Dr. James H. Nowell. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will be at the funeral home from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today and at other times at the home of Diane Murray, 717 Churc-hill Drive, Virginia Beach. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
