Rudolph ``Mingo'' Davis of the 200 block of Carver St., a laborer, died Nov. 3, 1995, in Chesapeake General Hospital.
Mr. Davis was born in Norfolk County and was the widower of Gladys Davis. He was employed with Southern States and was a Baptist.
Survivors include two sons, Calvin Davis of Norfolk and Nicholas Jones of Moyock, N.C.; two sisters, Beatrice Riddick and Mary L. Olds , both of Chesapeake; a brother, Leon Davis of Virginia Beach; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday in New Weeping Mary Baptist Church by the Rev. John C. Smith. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The remains will be ready for viewing at 3 p.m. Tuesday. The family will assemble at noon for the processional at 1453 Whitmore Road, Chesapeake. Carlos A. Howard Funeral Home, Norfolk, is in charge.
