``Trudy'' Dougan, 58, died Nov. 11, 1995 in the Alaska Regional Hospital.
Trudy was a native of Germany and had lived in Norfolk the past 24 years. She worked at NADEP Norfolk until her illness earlier this year. She was one of the founders of the German European-American Society of Virginia, Inc.
Survivors include her daughter, Monica P. Grimes and her four children of Norfolk; and Randy S. Dougan and his wife, Mary and their two children of Eagle River, Alaska.
Burial will be in Germany.
