Elizabeth Sivills Sanderlin, 89, died Sunday, Nov. 12, 1995, in The Hermitage of Richmond.
Mrs. Sanderlin was born in Elizabeth City but lived in Kitty Hawk for a number of years. She was a homemaker and a member of the Kitty Hawk United Methodist Church. Mrs. Sanderlin was the daughter of the late Thomas Boushel and Elizabeth Dryden Sivills, and the wife of the late Oscar C. Sanderlin.
Surviving are three daughters, Susan S. Antoniewicz of Austin, Texas, Rosemary S. Ferguson of Tallahassee, Fla., and Corinne S. Coffey of Richmond; a son, Thomas W. Sanderlin of Naples, Fla.; four sisters, Helen S. Foil of Hillsville, Va., Florence S. Duncan of Pittsburgh, Louise S. Persinger of Baton Rouge, La., and Mary S. Williams of Boones Mill, Va.; two brothers, Marcus A. Sivills of Harbinger and David L. Sivills of Washington state; and seven grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held Friday, Nov. 17, 1995, at 2:30 p.m. in the Kitty Hawk United Methodist Church by the Rev. Brad Bradshaw with burial following in the Austin Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Kitty Hawk United Methodist Church. Twiford Colony Chapel, Manteo, is handling arrangements.
