Jeffrey Allen Foreman, 41, of the 4900 block of Bruce St., died Nov. 15, 1995, in his residence.
He worked as a pipefitter and was a native of Portsmouth.
He is survived by his wife, Michelle Foreman of Norfolk; parents, Velma S. and Roy L. Foreman, both of Norfolk; and brother, Thomas J. Foreman of Chesapeake.
A funeral service will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Friday by the Rev. Ernest L. Trueblood in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel. The family will be at the funeral home today from 7 to 9 p.m.
