Virginia Morris Woodard, 78, died Nov. 20, 1995, in Virginia Beach.
Mrs. Woodard, the widow of Tillman Franklin Woodard Sr., was a native of Elizabeth City, N.C. She was a former member of Spurgeon Memorial Baptist Church.
Survivors include one daughter, Joyce W. Dumlao of Virginia Beach; three sons, William H. Woodard of Woodbridge, Va., Frank B. Woodard of Chesapeake, and Tillman F. Woodard Jr. of Norfolk; 10 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday in Cornerstone Baptist Church by the Rev. Fred Braswell. Burial will be private. The family will receive friends in Smith and Williams Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, from 7 to 8 p.m. today.
