Frank Perry Breeding Sr., 51, former resident of Portsmouth and Chesapeake, died Nov. 20, 1995. He was residing with his mother at his time of death.
He was retired from Smith and Sons Paving Co. of Pineola, N.C. and was a native of Portsmouth. Mr. Breeding was a member of Pineola Moose Lodge.
He is survived by two sons, Frank P. Breeding Jr. of Fayetteville, N.C., Kevin Lee Breeding and wife, Candy of Chesapeake; mother, Verdia B. Weakley of Norfolk; father, Frank E. Breeding of Norfolk and stepmother, Gracie M. Breeding of Norfolk; two stepsisters, Jackie Howrie and Pam Brannigan, both of Virginia Beach; two brothers, John P. Breeding of San Antonio, Texas, David J. Breeding of Fayetteville, N.C.; two stepbrothers, Robert W. Weakley of Norfolk, Tony D. Weakley of Jacksonville, Fla.; a grandmother, Lena Voliva of Chesapeake; and grandson, Kevin Lee Breeding Jr. of Chesapeake.
A funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday by the Rev. Larry Davis in Snellings Funeral Home, George Washington Highway Chapel. Burial will be in Olive Branch Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. and also at 2213 Wintergreen Drive, Chesapeake, at other times. ILLUSTRATION: Photo
