Mr. Wyatt L. Martin, 60, of 604 Earl St., died Nov. 29, 1995 at DePaul Medical Center.
He was retired from Norfolk-Southern Railroad with 33 years of service. He was a veteran of the Korean War, member of the Ocean View Lions Club where he was president from 1972 to 1973, and member of the V.F.W., American Legion and Clover United Methodist Church.
He was the son of the late Andrew J. and Virginia Glass Martin and is survived by his wife, Frances A. Martin; two sons, David W. Martin and wife, Cheryl, Timmy W. Martin and wife, JoAnne, all of Norfolk; five sisters, Agnes M. Fitch of Concord, Va., Easter M. Fitch of Midlothian, Mary M. Conner of Richmond, Betty M. Mills of Angier, N.C., Janice M. Fisher of Alton; four brothers, Andrew, Tommy and Randolph Martin, all of Clover, Clyde Martin of Halifax; three grandchildren, David, Heather and Sean; one step-grandchild, Angela; and one aunt, Deanie M. McCormick of Clover.
Funeral services for Mr. Martin will be held Monday at noon at Brooks Funeral Home Chapel, South Boston. Burial will follow in the Clover Cemetery with military graveside rites. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday from 4 til 6 p.m.
