Betty J. Miller
VIRGINIA BEACH - Betty J. Miller, 71, of the 5400 block of Mt. Jackson Ct., died Nov. 30, 1995, in Sentara Leigh Hospital.
She was a retired registered nurse for Easton Hospital in Pennsylvania. Mrs. Miller was a native of Pennsylvania and the widow of Robert E. Miller. She was a member of St. Timothy Lutheran Church. She was a member of Easton Hospital Alumni Association School of Nursing.
She is survived by a daughter, Patricia ``Patty'' M. Creekmore, of Virginia Beach; son, Michael A. Miller of Virginia Beach; sister, Kathleen Mera of Easton; brother, Marlen E. Miller of Easton; and three grandchildren, Chris and Nathan Miller of Virginia Beach, and Jenny Creekmore of Virginia Beach.
A funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday by the Rev. Sidney K. Nelson in St. Timothy Lutheran Church of Norfolk. Burial is in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the Kellum Funeral Home, Pleasant Hall/Kempsville Chapel, today from 6 to 8 p.m. Please make contributions to the memorial fund of St. Timothy Lutheran Church, 1051 Kempsville Road, Norfolk.
