Dinah N. Sether, 85, of the 5500 block of Briarwood Lane, died Dec. 6, 1995, in Churchland House.
Mrs. Sether, the widow of Arnold Sether, was a native of New York. She was a charter member and lifetime member of Credit Women International. Mrs. Sether, a retired office manager, worked for The Famous Clothing Store in Portsmouth. She prepared taxes voluntarily for AARP.
Survivors include a daughter, Carole S. Flax of Newport News; a brother, Irving Newman of Sunrise, Fla.; and a granddaughter, Meredith L. Flax of Richmond, Va.
A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday in Olive Branch Cemetery by Chaplain Ronald R. Rice. Snellings Funeral Home, Churchland Chapel, in charge.
