The body of a 25-year-old man was found in a car Thursday afternoon and police are treating the case as a homicide.
The body of Mark Steven Rice of Norfolk was sent to the State Medical Examiner's office for an examination to determine the cause of death.
Police found the body about 4:30 p.m. when they were called to the 1200 block of Lead St.
The motive was undetermined.
Police asked that anyone with information call Crime Line at 664-4040.
