Thelma Godsey Malbon, of the 2900 block of Marne Ave., died Dec. 5, 1995, in his residence.
Mrs. Malbon, the widow of James Malbon, was a native of Bristol, Va. She was the daughter of Floyd Sr. and Stella Johnson-Godsey. Mrs. Malbon, a retired operator, worked for Bell of Pennsylvania for 30 years. She was a former member of First Calvary Baptist Church.
Survivors include two sisters, Cleo G. Alston of Norfolk and Pearl G. Banks of Massachusetts; a brother, Floyd Godsey Jr. of Norfolk.
The funeral will be conducted at noon Monday in Riddick Funeral Service. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Viewing will be from 1 to 6 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home. The family will be at 1036 Galt St.
