Earl Samuel Faulks, 49, of the 800 block of Whitaker Lane, died Dec. 7, 1995, in Hampton Veterans Administration Medical Center.
Mr. Faulks, a native of Norfolk, was the son of Carolyn Bazemore Faulks and the late James Faulks. He was a member of New Calvary Baptist Church. Mr. Faulks, a graduate of Booker T. Washington High School Class of 1964, attended N.S.U. and was a graduate of Norfolk Business College Class of 1968. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
Survivors include two sisters, Sylvia Freeman of Virginia Beach and Carolyn Rogers of Norfolk; two brothers, Elder James Faulks of Norfolk and Larry D. Faulks of Virginia Beach; sister-in-law, Evelyn B. Faulks; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday in New Calvary Baptist Church, by the Rev. G.G. Campbell. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. Viewing will be Monday from 2 to 8 p.m. at Riddick Funeral Service. The body will be placed in the church at 10 a.m. Tuesday.
