Kelly Briley, 77, of the 2700 block of Portsmouth Blvd., retired owner of Kelly's Cab, died Dec. 16, 1995, in Manning Convalescent Home.
Mr. Briley was born in Pitt County, N.C. He was a member and trustee of Noble Street Baptist Church and a member of Mount Gilead Lodge of Masons (NU)102.
Survivors include his wife, Alberta M. Briley; a brother, Clarence Briley; and several nieces and nephews.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Noble Street Baptist Church by the Rev. Ronnie T. Northan and the Rev. Bernard Thomas. Burial will be in Olive Branch Cemetery. The family will be at the residence. The body will be placed in the church at 10 a.m. Fisher Funeral Home is in charge.
