A man who was fatally shot last week in the Chesterfield Heights section of the city was identified this week as Frankie Alonzo Johnson.
Police said Johnson, 19, was shot about 5:45 p.m. Friday in the 3300 block of Kimball Terrace. He was taken to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, where he later died. No arrests have been made, police said.
