A Norfolk man who died following a double shooting Monday night in the 1400 block of E. Olney Road has been identified as David Foster, police reported Wednesday.
Police said Foster, 29, had no listed home address.
Foster had fled from the site of the shootings and was found nearby in the 800 block of Marshall Ave. He died shortly later at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital.
The other man who was shot was listed in stable condition at a hospital.
