Lola Alberta Johnson, 90, died Dec. 20, 1995, at Louise Obici Hospital.
Mrs. Johnson was born in South Carolina and was the daughter of the late William B. and Mattie Thompson Anderson. She was the widow of Ernest Dalton Johnson. Mrs. Johnson was a member of South Quay Baptist Church.
Survivors include a son, William V. ``Billy'' Johnson and his wife, Bobbie, of Suffolk; two sisters, Lois A. Carroll of California and Rae A. Waters of Texas; and two grandsons, Tim and Ken Johnson.
A graveside funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday in Southampton Memorial Park by the Rev. Clyde Alderman. The family will receive friends at Billy and Bobbie Johnson's home at 9565 Gates Road, Suffolk, and suggest that memorials be made to the South Quay Baptist Church Building Fund or a favorite charity. Wright Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
