Jacob ``Jack'' S. Jason, 89, died Dec. 23, 1995, in a Florida hospital.
Mr. Jason was a native of Warsaw, Poland.
Survivors include his wife, Mollie Tish Jason; a daughter, Deanna J. Kogut and her husband, Harold of Palm Harbor, Fla.; two sons, Dr. Stanley L. Jason and his wife, Carol, of Norfolk, Dr. B. Daniel Jason and his wife, Sylvia, of Danville, Va.; a sister, Shirlee Cohen and her husband, Dr. Bernard Cohen, of Virginia Beach; nine grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 27, in Forest Lawn Cemetery by Rabbi Samuel Sobel. Memorial donations may be made to Temple Israel Congregation, 7255 Granby St., Norfolk, Va. 23505. H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Norfolk Chapel, is in charge of arrangements.
