Roscoe Franklin Woolard, 92, formerly of College Park, Md., died Saturday, Dec. 23, 1995, in Chesapeake.
He was a native of Harnett County, N.C., and was the widower of Susan Davis Woolard. He was retired from Safeway Stores as a meat cutter.
Survivors include a sister, Velma M. Perkinson of Chesapeake.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday in W.W. Chambers Co., Riverdale, Md. Burial will be in Fort Lincoln Cemetery, Brentwood, Md. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a favorite charity. Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel, is in charge of arrangements.
