David E. Spence, 40, of the 2200 block of Wild Oak Crescent, died Dec. 26, 1995, in a local hospital.
Mr. Spence was the vice president of Virginia Beach Electric Service Inc. He is survived by this wife, Suzanne Mayo Spence of Virginia Beach; one son, Dennis S. Spence, and his parents, Vernon E. ``Buddy'' and Marilyn Spence, all of Virginia Beach; one brother, Donald Spence, and his wife Marilyn and their children Sheena, Zack and Ryan, all of North Dakota. David is a beloved son and brother-in-law to the Mayo family.
A memorial service will be conducted Saturday, Dec. 30, 1995, at 1 p.m. in the Virginia Beach Community Chapel by Rev. Harold Burchett. Memorial donations may be made to the St. Judes Children's Hospital. Altmeyer Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
