Victorio Morales Felarca, 71, of the 3100 block of Herbert St., died Dec. 28, 1995, in DePaul Hospital.
Mr. Felarca was retired from the U.S. Navy after 23 years of service. He was born in San Narcizo, Zambales, Philippines.
He is survived by his wife, Maria Mauricio Felarca of Norfolk; one daughter, Joyce F. Mecca of Virginia Beach; two sons, Victor M. Felarca and Norman R. Felarca, both of Norfolk; six sisters, Ruperta F. Lim, Eufemia F. Correa, Carolina F. Labio, Villorita F. Florida, Felicitas F. Payte, and Erlinda F. Galzote; two brothers, Rodrigo M. Felarca and Dominador M. Felarca; and six grandchildren, James Bryan Felarca, Christina Marie Felarca, Daniel Victorio Felarca, Kathryn Jane Felarca, Gabrielle Brett Mecca, and Donald John Mecca III.
The funeral will be conducted at 10 a.m. Tuesday in St. Pius X Catholic Church by the Rev. William Dale. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Norfolk. Viewing at St. Pius X will be 3 to 5 p.m. Monday.
