Police arrested a second man on Saturday for a September shooting at a nightclub that left one dead and three wounded.
Richard ``Ricky'' Ricardo Rogers, 22, of the 3200 block of Condor St. in Virginia Beach, was arrested at 8:30 a.m. at his home without incident, said Larry Hill, police spokesman.
He was charged with murder and using a firearm in the commission of a felony in the death of Timothy Thomas, 19, of the 200 block of W. 35th St.
Thomas was killed in a hail of bullets at 1:20 a.m. on Sept. 6 inside Club Expressions in the 3200 block of E. Princess Anne Road. Three other men were hospitalized.
The first arrest in the slaying was Michael Lee Harris, 26, on Sept. 8 of the 1400 block of E. Tanners Creek Road. He also was charged with murder and a firearm violation. ILLUSTRATION: Photo
