JEROME ELUTO

Jerome Eluto, 88, of the 6400 block of Auburn Drive, a retired co-founder of Wards Corner Book Shop, died Jan. 5, 1996, at his residence.

Mr. Eluto was a native of Mount Ranier, Md. He was the widower of Ida Adelston Eluto.

Survivors include one daughter, Susan Willcher of Baltimore, Md.; two sons, Harvey D. Eluto of Virginia Beach and Lawrence G. Eluto of New York; a sister, Ida Freedman of Washington, D.C. ; a sister-in-law, Bessie Adelston of Virginia Beach; two grandchildren, Mitchell Eluto of Lexington, Ky. and Sherry Van-Wie of Chespeake; many nieces and nephews; and a dear friend and constant companion for the last six years of his life, Hana Shor.

A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday at Forest Lawn Cemetery by Rabbi Samuel Sobel. In case of extreme inclement weather please call H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts. Norfolk Chapel at 622-7353 for location.
