Why not borrow some from the 1,350 inspectors along the low-risk Canadian border? Also, get rid of the border personnel taking bribes. Believe me, some do.
Then, just maybe, some of the drugs crossing the Mexican border into California can be stopped. Customs insists it will not tolerate corruption in its ranks; nevertheless, many in the ranks are corrupt, so the agency had better check on it.
Drugs are ruining our young, the future of the U.S.A.
