County public schools will be closed for all students and employees today and Saturday, an official said Thursday.
The schools will reopen Monday, originally scheduled as a holiday. Another makeup day has been scheduled by the School Board for May 27, the Memorial Day holiday.
Local schools have lost five days because of snow and icy road conditions. Additional makeup days will be scheduled later. by CNB
