Edward Paul Ene Sr., 77, of the 1300 block of Altoona St., died Jan. 15, 1996, in Norfolk.
Mr. Ene was born in Portsmouth and was a retired auto mechanic for Sapper and Webb Auto Repair. He was a Catholic. He was a member of the American Legion Post (NU)204.
Survivors include his wife, Ruby Griffin Ene; a son, Edward Paul Ene Jr. of Port St. Lucie, Fla.; two stepsons, John Hoyt of Chesapeake and Donald Hoyt of Long Beach, Calif.; a sister, Betty Thompson of Palm Springs, Calif.; and three grandsons.
A memorial service will be conducted Thursday at 1 p.m. by Dr. Roscoe Musselwhite in Graham Funeral Home, South Norfolk Chapel. The family will be at the residence. Memorial contributions should be made to the charity of one's choice.
