Participants in the personal training course offered by
Chesapeake General Hospital's Lifestyle Fitness Center will not be
certified as personal trainers. Certification is done by either the
American Council on Education or the International Dance and
Exercise Association. Incorrect information appeared in a story in
the Jan. 12 edition of The Clipper.
Improvements in the ``Alternate 2'' proposal for the intersection
of Centerville Turnpike and Land of Promise Road would cost $1.4
million and the population of Chesapeake is 186,337. Typographical
errors in a letter to the editor in the Jan. 14 Clipper caused the
figures to be incorrect.
