Reading the missing-mail letter last week prompted me to say something about the U.S. Postal Service in Norfolk.
I've lived in Pittsburgh and Atlanta and never had a problem with my mail. You would think a city the size of Norfolk could handle mail promptly.
My daughter finally received her birthday card in September. Her birthday was in July.
My husband's paycheck from Eastern Virginia Medical School took 27 days to travel three blocks - you figure that out.
I hope you receive this letter to the editor before Easter or before we move.
