Earlise Phillips, 75, of the 1000 block of Tivoli Circle, died Jan. 20, 1996.
Survivors include his wife, Irene O. Phillips; three daughters, Marilyn I. Caffee, Eldora M. Ford, Valerie E. Phillips (Dozier) of Virginia Beach; seven sons, James E. Phillips, Clyde S. Phillips, Herman L. Phillips, Jerry T. Phillips, all of Springfield, Mass., Percy A. Phillips of Los Angeles, Calif., Michael D. Phillips, and Donald O. Phillips of Virginia Beach. He was preceded in death by a son, Calvin L. Phillips.
The funeral will be held at noon Thursday in Upper Room Church On The Rock, 448 Rudder Road, Virginia Beach. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at P.G.
