Donald L. Irwin, 85, died Jan. 21, 1996, in a local nursing home.
Mr. Irwin was a native of Jackson County, Michigan. He was the son of of the late Jay and Aldah Irwin. Mr. Irwin was a member of Community Christian Church in Sebring, Fla. He was a life member of Masonic Lodge 572 in Holt, Mich., a member of the Elks 1529, the Moose Lodge, Sebring Civitan Club Life Member, and the Sebring Tourist Club in Sebring, Fla. Mr. Irwin was also a member of The Polish Falcons in Lansing, Mich.
Survivors include two daughters, Nancy Jean Coghill of Virginia Beach, Bonnie Elaine Coghill of Hopewell, Va.; two sisters, Myrna Willison of California, Muriel Steeves of Cincinnati, Ohio; five grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Saturday, by the Rev. S. David Carriker. H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Laskin Road Chapel, is handling the arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The Florida Elks Childrens Hospital, P.O. Box 49, Umatilla, Fla., 32784-0049.
