Arnold ``Arnie'' H. Ban, 67 of the 1500 block of East Little Creek Road, died Jan. 24, 1996, in a Norfolk hospital.
Mr. Ban was born in Boston, Mass. As a young man, Arnie worked in the family lumber business. He was a retired automobile salesman. Mr. Ban also authored several books and was founder and president of Better Airfares, a local business.
Survivors include three children, Marjorie, Myrna and Jeffrey; his ex-wife, Lois Ban. Other survivors includes two brothers, Eddie and Al; and a cousin, Bobby.
A cremation service was held.
