I'm so sick of seeing everything I wear made in China, Korea, Taiwan, etc. This past Sunday when I dressed for church, I put on pants, shoes and shirt made in China, dress coat from Korea and even the Haynes underwear was assembled in Dominican Republic.
I may be wrong, but if factories were built in our own country, all workers were paid twice the minimum wage, at least, and unions stayed out of the picture except to see that the proper working conditions with OSHA were obtained, I believe we would have the greatest prosperity this world has ever seen.
With no welfare, except in severe cases, no deficits, no unemployment and no daily rhubarb between the politicians.
