ELEANOR Q. ROBERTSON

Eleanor Quinn ``Petie'' Robertson, 78, of the 100 block of Porter Road, died Feb. 5, 1996, in her home.

Mrs. Robertson, a native of Browns Landing, N.C., was the widow of William Rudolph ``Rudy'' Robertson. She was the co-owner and operator of Robertson Cleaners for over 50 years, and was a member of West Side Christian Church.

Survivors include two sons, G. William ``Bill'' Robertson of Virginia Beach, B. Thomas ``Tommy'' Robertson of Portsmouth; two granddaughters, Debbie Burchfield and Teri Jernigan; three great-grandchildren, Ben and twins, Jessica & Melissa; and a sister, Emma Quinn Hammett of Clearwater, Fla.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 8, in Foster Funeral Home, Portsmouth, by the Rev. Kenneth W. Byrant. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery. Friends may join the family Wednesday from 5 to 7 p.m. at Foster Funeral Home, and at other times at 600 Rockbridge Road, Waterview.
