David R. Maltby, 77, retired Boatswain's mate, past Grand Knight of Ocean View Council of the Knights of Columbus and Virginia State Deputy, died Feb. 5, 1996, in his home.
A Memorial Mass will be conducted at the main chapel of the Norfolk Naval Base on Friday at 2 p.m. H. D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Norfolk Chapel, is handling the arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
