Police are looking for a 27-year-old Coast Guard man who was last seen at his home in Chesapeake the morning of Jan. 24.
He has been identified as Martin R. Ryan of Stilworken Drive, a gunner's mate on the cutter Harriet Lane based in Portsmouth.
The missing man was described as having blond hair and blue eyes. He is 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs 175 pounds. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a white T-shirt and a black denim jacket.
