Lamont R. Godley, 22, of the first block of Riverview Drive, died Feb. 12, 1996. He was a native of Portsmouth.
He is survived by his parents, Lizzie Godley and Ernest Godley, both of Portsmouth; sister, Glenette Godley of Portsmouth; brother, Anton Godley of Portsmouth; grandmother, Myrtle Paddy of Portsmouth; stepmother, Alice Godley of Portsmouth; best friend, Tywan of Portsmouth; and a host of relatives and friends.
A funeral will be conducted at noon Friday by Dr. T.M. Steele in Serenity Funeral Home Chapel. Burial is in Pleasant Shade, Newport News.
