Benjamin S. Morgan III, 56, of the 800 block of Gates Avenue, a former Spanish professor at Thomas Nelson Community College, died Feb. 15, 1996, in his residence.
Mr. Morgan was a native of Richmond, Va., and a graduate of Hampden-Sydney College and received his master's degree from the University of Virginia. He was a member of Lamda Chi Alpha Fraternity, a member of the A.C.B.L. and a Life Master Bridge Player.
Survivors include a daughter, Cynthia M. Kimmel of Yorktown, Va.; a son, Benjamin S. Morgan IV of Roanoke, Va.; and a sister, Jane M. Sharpe of Richmond.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday, in Westhampton Cemetery in Richmond by the Rev. Richard C. Hutton. The family will be receiving friends from 5 to 7 p.m. today in the funeral home. H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, Norfolk chapel, is handling arrangements.
