Police on Wednesday said they arrested a 25-year-old man and charged him with fatally shooting Joe L. Lewis, whose body was found Tuesday in the 2900 block of Fireside Road.
Christopher Wall, of the 2900 block of Parkside Drive, apparently argued with Lewis just before Lewis was shot in the chest, police said. Police didn't say what the men argued about.
Wall was charged with murder and using a gun in a crime.
