Don't be fooled, folks. The Christian Coalition is only a prolonged presidential campaign on behalf of Pat Robertson. He couldn't become president on his own in 1988, so he organized his core supporters in order to achieve political legitimacy, acceptance and power. Their goal is to recruit like-minded people to gain working majorities in every state GOP. When this occurs, the Republican presidential nomination will be handed to Mr. Robertson whenever he so desires. There is nothing necessarily wrong with all of this, except that they exploit Christ in the process.
