Mr. Henry McCoy Bulaski Sr., 84, died Friday, March 1, 1996, at the Loudoun Hospital Center, Leesburg.
Mr. Henry McCoy Bulaski Sr. was born on Sept. 29, 1911, in Norfolk. He was the son of the late Christian Lee Bulaski Sr. and the late Eunice Bello Hundley. He was a native of Norfolk and retired in 1976 after 26 years as superintendent of Building and Grounds from Old Dominion University. He was a very active member for 50 years of the Central Baptist Church in Norfolk, by serving as deacon, Sunday school teacher, president of the Brotherhood, and Royal Leader. He moved to Eure, N.C., after retiring and was a President of the Ruritan Club, Gates County, N.C. In 1993, Mr. Bulaski moved to Sterling, Va., after the death of his wife Audris Ely Bulaski.
Mr. Bulaski is survived by his daughter Diane Greiner of Sterling, Va.; two sons, Mac Bulaski of Rocky Mountain, Va., Harvey Bulaski of Roanoke; sister, Burnette Bland of Norfolk; eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his wife Audris Ely Bulaski.
A graveside service will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. in The Woodlawn Memorial Gardens in Norfolk. Donations may be made to the Senior Center of Cascades, Va., attn.: Juanita Gould, 126 Penny Lane, Sterling, Va. 20164.
