William T. Barrett Sr., 84, of the 8400 block of Quincy St., a retired metalsmith, died Feb. 29, 1996, in a local hospital.
Mr. Barrett was preceded in death by his wife, Madeline B. Barrett and his son, Ronald Barrett. He was a native of Norfolk and was a retired metalsmith with Stevens and King.
Survivors include a son, William T. Barrett Jr., of Linthicum, Md.; a sister, Mary Gillikan of Augusta, Ga.; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be conducted at 3 p.m. Monday, at Forest Lawn Cemetery by the Reverend Robert Miller. The family will be receiving friends this evening from 5 to 7 p.m. at H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, Norfolk Chapel.
