Clara Lee Williamson, 70, died March 3, 1996, in a Norfolk hospital.
Mrs. Williamson was born in Halifax County, Va. and was Protestant.
Survivors include her husband, John R. Williamson; two daughters, Barbara L. Biro of Norfolk and Susan M. Damron of Belvidere, N.C.; two sons, Doug Carmichael of Milton, Fla. and John R. Williamson Jr. of Norfolk; three sisters, Nora Wilson of South Boston, Va., Lorene Nelson of Virgilina, Va. and Margaret Harris of Roxboro, N.C.; a brother, Thomas Gravitt of Roxboro; nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, by the Rev. Ernest L. Trueblood. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. The family will be at the funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday.
